Step 1 · Drawings
You send drawings, a reference sample or a description. Our engineering team returns structural and 3D drawings for approval.
Step 2 · Tooling — 30–40 days
The mould is cut after the drawing is signed off and the tooling cost is settled.
Step 3 · First sample
Produced from the finished mould, sent for your approval and adjusted if needed.
Step 4 · Production — around 40 days
Bulk production starts after sample approval.
Step 5 · Inspection
Third-party inspection is scheduled before shipment; most customers book SGS, BV or an equivalent body.
Step 6 · Shipment
FOB Shenzhen, with export documents issued for each shipment.
We do not charge for samples. Once the specification is agreed with our sales team, an existing sample is usually sent within 3–7 days; freight is paid by the customer. For a Level 3 project, the first sample is produced after the mould is finished.
We work from your drawings, your reference sample, or a description of what the product has to do. Our engineering team produces structural drawings, 3D files and whatever other drawing format your side needs for approval, and stays with the project as a single point of contact until the sample is signed off.
White box, colour box, gift box and custom retail packaging are all available, including Amazon FBA labelling and packaging requirements. Tell us the channel the goods are going into and we will build the packaging specification around it.
Third-party inspection is standard practice here: most customers book an inspection body and we schedule production so the inspection happens before shipment. FDA, LFGB or other food-contact testing is arranged according to the destination market. Export documents are issued with each shipment. The factory holds ISO 9001 certification and has passed SEDEX 4-Pillar audits.
No. Once the specification is agreed with our sales team, an existing sample is sent free of charge, usually within 3–7 days. Freight is paid by the customer.
It depends on the product and the process involved, so we confirm it per item rather than quoting one figure for the whole range. Send us the product and the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you where it stands.
The customer pays the tooling cost, and the mould is used only for that customer's products.
Tooling takes 30–40 days. For barware, production after sample approval is normally around 40 days.
Yes. We accept drawings or a physical reference sample, and our engineering team returns structural and 3D drawings for your approval.
No. Tooled designs and project drawings are covered by confidentiality agreements, which is why this page shows cost figures but no customer names or product drawings.
Send your product, quantity, logo file, packaging requirement and destination market, and we will come back with the tooling need, the timeline and the price.
