Design

This is a weighted Boston shaker tin set. Surface finish is customizable. The weighted base increases bottom rigidity, provides a smoother feel in use, and makes every shaker easier to seal and separate.

Weighted Base Construction

Continuous laser weld around the full base circumference, made on automated equipment with a positioning fixture. Every weld is captured on HD imaging to confirm integrity. The seam is finished flat, with no raised weld points on the bottom. Welding process: see video above.

Base weight: 50–100 g
Logo: laser marking by default (low cost, won't wear off); sticker, etching, silk-screen printing and stamping on request
