How to Use a Stainless Steel Coffee Press
1. Add Coarse-Ground Coffee
Use coarse grounds (sea-salt texture). A good ratio is 1:15 — about 50–55 g of coffee for an 800 ml press.
2. Pour Hot Water
Heat water to 90–96°C (195–205°F).
Pour enough to cover the grounds, let it bloom for 30 seconds, then fill the rest.
3. Steep for 4 Minutes
Place the lid on top but don’t push yet.
Let the coffee steep for about four minutes.
4. Press Slowly & Enjoy
Push the plunger down gently, then serve immediately for the best flavor.
Why Stainless Steel?
Unlike glass presses, stainless steel models are durable, heat-retaining, shatterproof, and ideal for both home and commercial use.
