Q: Which effect can we make on the surface of our product?
A: We can make all kinds of effects on the stainless steel surface, such as mirror finish, Matt finish, surface painting, oil spray, electroplating, and some others. Furthermore, we can offer any color our customers want.
Q: Which logo can we make on the surface of our product?
A: There are electro-etched logo, etched logo, laser logo, stamped logo, silk-screen printed logo, and embossed logo for option.
Q: Are OEM products available? What information should be offered if the product needs die sinking?
A: Both OEM and ODM products are available in our company. All our mould technicians have over ten years of experience in die sinking. Our customers are only required to offer the product design as well as the detailed data about each part of the product, including the length, width, height, thickness, and the distance between two parts. Then, their idea on drawings can become a reality. Of course, the samples our customers are willing to offer will give us much convenience for die sinking and estimating the price.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity? How long is the delivery time?
A: Both MOQ and delivery time need to refer to the specific products. Our MOQ is usually 1000pcs, and the quantity of our waste bin product is calculated in accordance with the entire cabinet. The delivery time is within 30 days.
Q: Can E-BON supply the accessories made from wood, plastic, glass or leather besides stainless steel products?
A: Our factory focuses on producing stainless steel. After several years of management, we have built close relationship with other material product manufacturers. A: Our main market is Europe and America, so we are quite familiar with the demands and requirements of this market. Q: How can we guarantee the outgoing quality of our product?
A: Our QC department is responsible for strictly controlling the product quality during the feeding process and manufacturing process, or before shipment. Even if the order form does not require the third party to examine goods, our QC department will still present the inspection report to assure our customers of the product quality.
Before shipment, we will collate the order information, inspection report and inspection pictures, and some others into a thank-you letter, which will be sent to our customers to make them clear about the status of both product and shipment.
