Stainless Steel Product Customization Process
Our company has employed a dozen of well-experienced mould technicians, who can help customers create their exclusive products in accordance with their drawings and design concept. Over the years, we have never stopped making custom OEM products for the world famous vintners, such as Barcadi, Ketel one, Hennessy, Beluga, Red bull, Beefeater and more.
Now, we offer two different OEM processes as follows.
Case one: Clients provide drawings and data graphs.
1. Our customers send their drawings or data graphs to our business department.
2. The mould technicians will design the mould in compliance with the drawings of our clients, and then determine the estimated completion time.
3. After the sample is finished, we will deliver the sample pictures and the data about our product size to our clients for confirmation.
4. After the picture is confirmed, we will send the sample to our clientele.
Case two: Customers offer samples.
1. Firstly, our clients ought to provide our business department with samples.
2. The mould technicians will design the mould on basis of the samples or the demands for modification. Moreover, they will give our customers the detailed data graphs for confirmation, and then determine the estimated time required for completing the mould.
3. After the sample is finished, we will send the sample pictures and the data about the product size to our customers for further confirmation.
4. Once the picture is confirmed, we will deliver the samples to our clientele.
